This is an all ages event. We invite all who have an interest in Sasquatch. Whether you are a witness, skeptic, curious or even a non-believer.

Please do NOT contact resort/casino for vendor and speaker opportunities.
You will not be considered.

  • There will be a $75.00 Vendor Fee- which will include SUMMIT T-Shirt.
  • Will be open for setup as early as 2pm on Friday
  • Summit hours will be from Friday 6pm to 10pm and Saturday 9am-6pm
  • Vendors will remain open until closing time. – During Friday and Saturday’s Summit.
  • Vendors will clean their area following the end of the Summit- Saturday evening or Sunday morning. Please leave area as clean as you found it.

    • The property provides 1 8 foot table with skirting with 110 outlets in the nearby vicinity.

    Do not call casino for vendor opportunities at this event.

    The Quinault Beach Resort & Casino is not responsible for the breakage or loss of any cause. All vendors in this event agree to “Hold Harmless” any and all sponsors, property owner, event coordinators, QBRC, its employees, and any other affiliated organizations.  The organizers of this event shall have sole discretion to reject, eject, or withdraw any vendor from the event at any time.
